Cancellation Policy

 

 

1. Cancellation Notice:

• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual music lessons.

 

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

• To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact your instructor directly via text message or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.

 

3. Late Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be considered late cancellations.

 

4. No-Shows:

• If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson and do not provide any cancellation notice, it will be considered a no-show.

 

5. Charges for Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to the full lesson fee.

 

6. Emergency Situations:

• We understand that emergencies may arise. In case of a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

7. Instructor Cancellations:

• In the rare event that your instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will make every effort to provide you with advance notice and reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time.

 

8. Make-Up Lessons:

• Make-up lessons for cancellations made with proper notice will be offered based on instructor availability.

 

9. Refunds:

• Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed lessons without proper notice.
